Here’s what PMOS means in simple words 👇 • Polyendocrine = many hormones are involved Not just one. Insulin, testosterone, LH/FSH, and other hormones can all get affected. • Metabolic = your metabolism is deeply involved This is one of the biggest reasons behind the renaming. Issues like insulin resistance, belly fat, cravings, fatigue, and weight gain are extremely common. • Ovarian = ovaries are still affected Irregular periods, delayed ovulation, and multiple follicles can still happen. • Syndrome = a group of symptoms together Like acne, hair fall, facial hair, irregular cycles, mood swings, infertility, and more.
