AIMS JOB HUB

What do interns learn on the floor?

Our office brings in freshers looking for direct exposure to daily hiring routines. Trainees work directly with the recruiting team rather than sitting through dry lectures.

• Screening candidate resumes on job boards like Naukri and Internshala
• Making first-round screening calls and lining up face-to-face meetings
• Maintaining candidate documentation across spreadsheets and office databases
• Helping arrange regular internal team activities

Practical recruitment work

Applicants usually come from local colleges like DAVV pursuing degrees in business or management. Daily work relies heavily on simple spreadsheets, phone communication and organized record filing. We maintain an in-office schedule throughout the week.
