About TIGHTEND ARENA
Coaching young players in volleyball builds coordination, sharp reflexes, balance, and solid communication on the court.
Training on the court
Daily drills teach young learners basic ball handling, movement, and teamwork. Regular court sessions push players to react fast while staying steady under pressure.
- Passing, serving, and defensive stances
- Footwork drills to sharpen reflexes and balance
- Team play that builds clear on-court talking
Preparing for regular play
Children practice game situations directly during weekly sessions. Joining requires basic sports attire and non-marking shoes suitable for indoor courts. Group batches stay divided by age and current comfort with the sport. Coaches provide balls and net setups for every practice slot. Parents can watch from designated court margins during routine practice times.
