About Gopala Krishna Dhyana Yoga [GKDY]
Teaching yoga and meditation through structured instructor sessions takes quiet discipline, and we focus on build-up through direct practice.
What happens during teacher sessions?
Training focuses on personal discipline, posture correction, and steady breathing techniques before you begin instructing others yourself. Anyone planning to step into yoga instruction or deepen personal meditation routines can join after a basic intake discussion.
Practicals before class
- Bring personal mats and loose cotton clothing for floor work
- Call ahead to verify intake dates before arriving on site
- Expect quiet practice spaces kept free from mobile distractions
Direct instruction shapes every batch, keeping groups small enough so corrections remain precise and useful for daily teaching practice.
