Colors N Shades Institute of Drawing and Painting

Studio practice

We train hands in basic line geometry, tone balance, and color mixing on paper and canvas.

What do students learn?

• Freehand sketching routines
• Shading and pencil pressure
• Color medium handling

Practicing drawing requires regular time at the easel, so our sessions focus entirely on manual drills where instructors guide hand grip and paper alignment directly during studio exercises without rushing through the fundamentals.

The learning setup

Sessions prioritize systematic stroke mechanics over passive observation, giving every student direct workspace and continuous practical critique on ongoing assignments.
