Studio routines and floor work

Sessions focus on core body alignment, rhythmic timing and step sequences. Beginners practice basic footwork repetitions before progressing to timed routines that build physical stamina.

What happens during a session?

Dancers spend the opening half hour drilling foundational steps, after which our instructors work through short choreographic blocks where every movement sequence gets repeated across the floor until steps turn into steady muscle memory. We wrap up with cool-down stretches.
