Every patient is different, every stone is different, every prostate is different n so many diseases n their treatment behave differently so are multiple options of treatment, lot of subspecialities are evolving like andrology, uroonco n changing a lot, so u should keep updated because u may not be doing those procedures due to economic concerns or technical issues, but u should offer this to apt patients, because opinion must always be genuine n according to guidelines not just clinicians experiences n assumptions, because in current world of social media n connectivity every thing available on fingertips.Had a experience of RIRS, iTIND, REZUM, Urolift , HOLEP, laparoscopy, robotics and many more.... learning is perennial process, keep learning.It was very well organised event n I'm very happy that my colleagues r in lead of this like Rohan Batra senior consultant at Nadiad n Satyadev Sharma Associate professor AIIMS Raipur. Apart from learning u meet ur senior n juniors, met first time after MCh Shanky boss Associate professor Urology PGI Chandigarh n Manpreet my SR when I was asst professor, it feels really great to see ur student grow, he is promising young urologist at Hi-tech City Hyderabad n Dr Atul another budding Urologist and owner of two hospitals at Patiala.
