Surya Gem Testing Lab

Gemstone inspection and vocational training in Brodipet

Testing stones takes careful optical observation and physical measurement. We verify loose gemstones, inspect mounted jewellery, and teach learners fundamental identification techniques.

• Optical checks for natural inclusions and synthetic features
• Specific gravity and refractive index measurement
• Direct instruction on stone sorting and appraisal
• Clear test reporting for individual submissions

Students preparing for gem trade careers and buyers verifying purchases find the practical workbench sessions useful. Bringing loose stones without settings speeds up examination, though mounted pieces can be checked with limitations. Call ahead for bulk lots.
