About Rayudu Creative Works
Yes, custom cake designs take some time to shape properly, so we bake directly to order here in Kothapeta.
Sponge preparation and baking
Daily mixing starts with basic ingredients measured out by weight. Heat control matters when baking sponges evenly so they stay moist enough to carry heavy sugar paste or fresh cream without collapsing under decorative layers.
Decoration and order handling
- Sheet cakes baked for birthdays and family gatherings
- Fondant lettering and themed cream work done by hand
- Custom sponge bases layered to order
Every build relies on chilled crumb coating to keep outer edges sharp before final icing goes on. Counter pickups need careful transit, especially during hot afternoons.
