WAKO Kickboxing Association of Gorakhpur

Training on the floor

Students spend their time on mat work, shadow drills, and practical ring movement. Our floor stays busy with regular sparring practice alongside conditioning circuits planned for different age brackets.

• Sparring drills grouped by experience
• Pad holding and punch combinations
• Footwork routines along the mats

What happens before you join?

Newcomers can step in, talk directly with trainers, and observe an active batch before deciding to commit to regular evening or morning sports training. Formal sport kickboxing rules guide every technical lesson taught here.
