Studio environment and daily training

Daily routines shape our batches. Learners assemble in the Gorakhnath space to build posture, rhythm, and clear movement habits. Instructors monitor each learner's balance and foot positioning during regular practice.

• Foundational movement drills
• Footwork timing exercises
• Regular practice sessions

What styles are taught?

Sessions focus on core technique. We break down choreography into manageable counts so learners master tempo and physical coordination before taking on faster routines. Progress builds directly through steady floor practice and guided feedback. You can reach out by phone to ask about age groups and available slots before coming down.
