About Urban Yoga Studio
Yes, our morning batch in Vaishali starts early enough for office commuters heading toward Delhi.
Quiet Practice Floor
Natural light comes in through large windows facing the trees. You take off your shoes at the door, leave your bag in the rack, and pick an empty spot on the clean wooden flooring.
Daily Class Format
Instructors walk around the room correcting postures directly rather than just demonstrating from the front stage. Our regular members stick to fixed daily routines:
- Traditional hatha postures
- Breathing routines
- Guided joint looseners
- Still cool-down stretches
Need Props?
You can bring your own mat or use the studio blocks and belts kept along the side wall for gentle assisted alignment.
