Cognito Abacus - Ghaziabad (Raj Nagar)

Learning numbers by hand

Classrooms here stay quiet while children slide beads across wooden rods. They start with simple addition before shifting from physical frames to calculating sums purely in their heads.

• Manual bead movements for counting practice
• Mental arithmetic drills without paper
• Regular classroom practice for school-age learners

What happens during sessions?

Children attend structured batches where instructors check hand movements and set calculation exercises for home practice. Parents drop children off, talk through basic maths difficulties with the instructors, and pick them up once the batch finishes. Most learners attend these drills weekly to keep their recall sharp.
