• Regular fitness drills

What can trainees expect during the week?

Coaches oversee morning net practice before technical field drills take over in the afternoon. Match practice on weekends helps boys test their bowling spells and batting innings against active competition. Everything stays centered on building stamina and game awareness day after day. Trainees follow a set routine without unnecessary downtime.
