Learning line, form, and colour

Pencil control takes time. We work on basic sketching, perspective, and proportions before moving to colour theory and water-based mediums.

• Foundational pencil sketching and line work
• Shading control with charcoal and graphite
• Still-life studies and object drawing
• Colour mixing with pastels and paints

Practising at an unhurried pace

Quiet studio hours let students focus on personal artwork. Instructors review progress individually, correcting hand posture and blending methods without rushing the student through rigid, fixed syllabus timelines. You build practical drawing confidence step by step through direct sketchbook practice.
