Drona’s the fitness gym

Training on the floor

Daily workout sessions run on simple routines that suit regular office goers, students, and elders.

• Strength training equipment for regular muscle conditioning
• Space for freehand floor stretches and warm-ups
• Basic weight stations for functional daily fitness

Getting practical workout guidance

Instructors keep an eye on lifting form so you do not strain joints during exercise. Members practice movements at their own pace without dealing with crowded modern distractions. It remains a straightforward neighbourhood workout room.
