FOUR SQUARE CONVENTION CENTRE & AUDITORIUM

Facility Capacity and Room Setup

Large event spaces often feel empty for smaller meetings, so we configure our rooms specifically for corporate discussions and team workshops. Our layout avoids unnecessary clutter to ensure your focus remains on the meeting agenda rather than the room decor. We provide seating arrangements that support clear communication between participants during long sessions.

Operational Logistics for Visitors

Planning a conference requires reliable infrastructure, so we offer a quiet environment away from street noise. The space is equipped with basic utilities necessary for presentations and team briefings throughout the workday. You can manage your corporate gatherings here without the distraction of public thoroughfares or high-traffic retail areas.

• Dedicated meeting room furniture
• Climate control for comfort
• Power backup for equipment
• Proximity to main roads

Visitors appreciate that the facility functions strictly as a workspace rather than a banquet hall. The environment remains quiet during business hours, which helps for focused discussions. Keep in mind that you should verify the availability of specific technical equipment before booking, as some setups require advance notice to prepare correctly for your group size.
