🧠 A Rare Brain Aneurysm Successfully Treated A 56-year-old patient presented with subarachnoid hemorrhage, but the initial CT angiography did not clearly identify an aneurysm. On repeat vascular evaluation with DSA, a rare 2.5 × 2 mm blister-like aneurysm of the left Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) was detected. Given its fragile nature and challenging location, the aneurysm was successfully treated using endovascular flow diversion.
