For nearly 25 years thereafter, he served at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital as Professor & Head of Neurology and Director of the Neurophysiology Laboratory, contributing extensively to patient care, neurological training, research, and advanced neurodiagnostics.
