About Goodness Academy
Teaching rhythm, movement, and performance techniques through regular weekday dance sessions right here in Jakhan.
What happens in class?
Footwork comes first. Learners practice steps slowly to build basic coordination and muscle memory before tackling full choreographies.
- Routine floor stretches and warm-ups
- Foundation steps across varied styles
- Stage pacing and group practice
Practical dance training
Practicing together builds natural rhythm. Instructors correct posture early, helping students develop confidence and fluid movement without rushing the learning process through the week.
