About Party Stories
Baking daily sponge tiers, piped decorations and fresh celebration desserts keeps our kitchen busy in Peelamedu.
What goes into our bakes?
Ovens run continuously. We mix batters, monitor core bake temperatures, cool layers thoroughly and finish them with neat frosting.
- Plain and layered sponges
- Custom message piping on cakes
- Celebration bakes prepped for transport
Handling orders for events
Timing matters. Sponge crumb loses moisture if left open, so we box freshly decorated cakes right after finishing details. Call ahead to match designs with pickup hours.
