Helping students and visitors directly

Daily footfall stays steady around Gopalapuram. People walk in for course details, admission paperwork and basic departmental guidance throughout the academic week. Desk staff help verify documents and direct visitors to the right counters.

• Staff guide walk-in applicants with standard forms and submission steps
• Visitors check current notices directly on the departmental display boards
• Support staff handle routine administrative and institutional questions

Direct counter support saves unnecessary return visits. Plan for short queues during morning hours when practical sessions change over.
