About Optimist Proactive Abacus and vedic math
Mostly, children start here around primary school age. We teach abacus techniques alongside mental arithmetic.
What happens in class?
Just desks, calculation frames, and practice workbooks. Instructors guide children through bead movements before moving on to mental calculation drills without the physical frame.
Daily calculation practice
Speed comes from regular repetition rather than long theoretical lectures. Students work through step-by-step arithmetic stages at their own pace.
