Manikandan's Temple Dance Company

Learning the steps

Beginners often think traditional dance is too rigid to start as an older learner. Classes break each movement into clear practice drills so you build stamina naturally over months of practice.

• Adavus and basic footwork drills
• Hand gestures and facial expressions
• Practical rhythm timing

Dropping by the studio

T. Nagar gets quite busy during the evening, so plan your travel ahead. Visiting during teaching hours lets you watch the ongoing practice floor before enrolling.
