About Jayavarad Graphics
Mental arithmetic becomes difficult for young learners without direct visual tools. We teach foundational abacus techniques right here in T. Nagar.
What happens in an abacus session?
Children learn manual bead manipulation to calculate numbers without paper. The practice builds mental calculation speed through consistent physical repetition, shifting gradually from the physical frame to visualization.
Practical learning structure
- Hand-eye coordination training using standard bead frames
- Daily arithmetic drills covering addition and subtraction
- Timed visualization exercises to reduce finger counting
Sessions run on set schedules, allowing students to practise calculations step by step alongside school routines.
