Booking Your Workspace

Securing a room requires coordination with our front desk staff. Since multiple companies operate here, booking in advance ensures the space matches your specific requirements. We handle the setup before you arrive, so you can start your work immediately without wasting time on logistics.

Our staff maintains the rooms regularly, ensuring surfaces remain clean and technology stays connected. If you require extra chairs or specific layouts for a training workshop, let us know during your initial enquiry. Most visitors appreciate the professional atmosphere which remains consistent for both short hourly meetings and longer day-long conferences. Whether you need a space for interviewing candidates or finalising contracts, these rooms provide a neutral setting in a central part of Bhubaneswar.
