The Presidency

Dedicated spaces for professional meetings

Work demands privacy and functional infrastructure that coffee shops rarely provide. At our Nayapalli location, we manage structured environments designed specifically for business discussions rather than casual social interactions. You can book rooms to conduct interviews, host client meetings, or gather your project team for day-long planning sessions without the noise of a public setting. The infrastructure is kept simple to ensure that your focus remains entirely on the work happening within the room.

What you should expect

Our facilities support short-term professional needs for those working in or visiting Bhubaneswar. We maintain these areas so that you can arrive, connect your devices, and start your agenda immediately. The layout accommodates both small groups and larger meeting requirements based on the specific room configuration selected during your booking process.

• Climate controlled meeting environments
• Wired and wireless connectivity access
• Ergonomic seating for extended sessions
• Professional administrative support

We focus on keeping these workspaces available for scheduled use by local businesses and corporate entities. The space functions as an extension of your own office for the duration of your booking.
