About Gelhi's Cakes and bakes
Baking starts early every morning, mostly because our ovens run on small batches rather than factory trays.
The kitchen
Family members handle the prep, mixing batters and setting sponges by hand right in the Mancheswar industrial pocket. It gets noisy outside, but the back room stays focused on simple birthday cakes, tea biscuits, and dry cakes that people pick up on their way home from work.
