About Ekamra Skating Academy
Skating sessions run daily in Old Town, teaching children and adults balance, turns, and rink control.
Learning on the rink
Daily drills build footwork and confidence. Skaters work on posture, speed management, and stopping correctly before taking higher turns across the floor.
- Footwork fundamentals
- Balance and rink routines
- Group practice drills
Preparing for practice
Bring protective gear. Most beginners start with basic quad or inline pairs until balance improves. Arriving a few minutes ahead of the bell gives skaters adequate time to lace up and stretch safely. Coaches monitor basic stance and keep practice grouped by skill level.
