Booking your session

Organising a session here requires coordination with the hotel management team to ensure the space is prepared according to your specific attendance numbers and technical needs. Because the area operates within a larger hospitality building, guests have access to standard hotel amenities during their visit, which simplifies the logistics for attendees coming from outside the city or those requiring additional services like catering. Staff members handle the setup process before your arrival, meaning you can focus on your agenda items immediately upon entering the room without worrying about the underlying infrastructure or equipment placement. The room offers a functional backdrop for your company objectives in the heart of Bhubaneswar.
