About Art Vision
Yes, our daily dance sessions run throughout the week right here in Old Town for all levels.
Odissi Training
Daily floor practice forms the core of our schedule here. Beginners learn steps, postures, and counts, while senior dancers rehearse longer pieces.
- Foundational body positions
- Rhythm and beat work
- Traditional choreography practice
Studio Practice
Training focuses closely on discipline, hand mudras, and stage presence. Students build stamina through guided physical drills repeated over several terms without rushing the basics.
Batches remain small so learners get clear corrections on posture, timing, and foot movement every single day.
