About NFT Martial Arts BJJ Academy
Martial arts training rarely means breaking boards; our mats focus on real ground control and movement.
Train on the mat
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is mostly floor work, relying on use rather than brute muscle. You spend class drilling positions, escapes, and basic submissions with training partners.
Build technical skill
Practising here suits beginners wanting fitness along with adults looking for genuine self-defence techniques.
- Work through foundational grappling drills
- Learn positional control on the ground
- Spar safely with supervised rounds
Sessions focus on consistent practice and steady movement over raw strength. Wear comfortable athletic clothing to get started.
