About Glad Studio
Our dance floors host regular practice sessions where children and adults learn practical choreography every week.
What happens inside the studio
Daily sessions break down choreography into clear, manageable steps. Instructors work directly on movement technique, body balance, rhythm building, and physical stamina with batches divided purely by skill level.
- Foundational footwork training
- Routine and freestyle choreography practice
- Guided physical conditioning drills
Dance floor sessions
Beginners work closely with instructors on timing, while intermediate dancers focus on sharper stage delivery and musical precision. We keep our batch sizes manageable so every individual gets personal feedback during routine drills instead of getting lost in a crowd. Space stays open for self-practice right after scheduled sessions finish.
