About Vadigam
Fresh batch timing matters most. We fry daily namkeen and assemble sweet trays early so everything stays crisp.
Daily Preparation
Direct oil temperature control keeps the crunch right without excess oil pooling on the paper liner.
- Balancing sugar syrup density during afternoon prep
- Hand-packing dry snacks into moisture-sealed containers
- Daily counter rotations for fresh milk and ghee sweets
Order Assembly
Customers come by for measured parcel boxes packed straight from the counter trays without sitting around under warm display lamps.
