About Friends dance & fitness studio
Our Memnagar studio runs regular footwork drills for traditional and modern Gujarati Garba routines year-round.
Garba Footwork Training
Daily floor sessions break down authentic Gujarati rhythmic counts, basic turns, and hand gestures. Beginners learn weight shifts step by step before picking up the typical tempo needed for festival grounds.
- Practice sequences for traditional and contemporary styles
- Gradual speed training for festive Navratri rounds
- Structured practice for first-time learners
Seasonal Routine Preparation
Participants practice group formations and coordinated clapping cycles during intensive sessions that gear up toward festival season. We refine postures so authentic Garba steps stay steady through long dance circles without causing early exhaustion.
