#TumourDebulking: Clinical Summary: 55-year-old female with no known comorbidities presented with recurrent hemoptysis for one week, with a similar episode six months earlier. CT thorax revealed an endotracheal lesion causing significant luminal narrowing. Bronchoscopic evaluation confirmed an endotracheal tumour. The patient underwent therapeutic rigid bronchoscopy with electrosurgical tumour debulking and cryoextraction, resulting in successful airway restoration and control of bleeding.
