About Biorhythm Aerial
Suspension work is not acrobatics. We teach aerial yoga mechanics directly to build grip, balance, and spine decompression.
Hammock Mechanics in Bodakdev
Fabric holds body weight to ease floor pressure off your lower back. You learn basic wraps first. Inversions follow once wrist grip stabilises.
The Studio Setup in Ahmedabad
Rigging points take time to adjust. Come ten minutes early to set fabric height to your hip bones.
- Fabric handles set to waist height
- Inversion postures held off the ground

Movement Discipline in Bodakdev
