About Feel Good Spa
Many people assume Ayurvedic centres are strictly about intense medical treatments. Here, the focus remains on traditional body therapies designed to balance energy and reduce muscle stiffness.
Receiving traditional therapy
Traditional oils and natural pastes form the base of every session. Therapists follow time-tested strokes meant to stimulate circulation and soothe the nervous system. You lie on a wooden table while practitioners apply pressure according to the specific treatment chosen.
Matching your physical needs
Visitors arrive for everything from simple relaxation to specific discomfort relief. The environment stays quiet, keeping distractions away from your session. You can expect basic consultation before any oil hits your skin, ensuring the process fits your current health state.
